By enrolling in our courses, accessing our content, or interacting with this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Enrolment & Payments

Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment, which is non-refundable (as detailed in our Refund Policy).

Full payment may be made upfront or through monthly/weekly installments, depending on the course duration.

In case of early withdrawal from a fully paid course, only 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
2. Adjustments to Course Dates

Start dates for courses may be adjusted upon request and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Adjustments do not affect the non-refundable status of advance payments but may be credited toward a new date.
3. Use of Website Content

All content on this site, including images, course descriptions, and written material, is the intellectual property of Tibetan Mandalas and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to update course information, pricing, and structure without prior notice.
4. Code of Conduct

We strive to create a respectful, peaceful, and focused learning environment. By joining our programs, you agree to:

Be punctual, present, and respectful toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.

Uphold the integrity of Tibetan sacred art by not reproducing or reselling course materials for profit.
We reserve the right to dismiss any student whose conduct disrupts the learning atmosphere or the values of the tradition.
5. Health & Safety

Students participating in in-person sessions must inform us of any medical conditions or limitations prior to the course.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in our programs.
6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a meaningful and seamless learning experience, we are not responsible for:

Any delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, power or internet outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any personal injury, illness, or loss of property occurring during participation in our in-person programs.

Dissatisfaction with the course experience due to subjective expectations or personal preferences, beyond what is outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The misuse, misinterpretation, or misrepresentation of teachings or techniques learned during our programs once students have completed the course.
By enrolling, students acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for their experience and well-being.
7. Privacy

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh.
